Kindergarten Registration
              Gravely Elementary Kindergarten Registration for the 2014-2015 school year will be held on Thursday, April 10th from 10:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. and on Thursday, April 24th from 5:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.
Students who will be five years of age or older by September 30, 2014 are eligible for enrollment in kindergarten for the 2014-2015 school year. Registration will take place for those students who reside within Gravely Elementary School boundaries.

Yearbooks! Its time to order a Yearbook!

Fun Run!
Register today for the Alvey/Gravely Family Fun Run and 5K! The Alvey/Gravely race is an annual event put together by both schools. The race is now in its 5th year. Our focus is on family fitness and togetherness, all while raising money for a great cause - our schools! Any profit from this race will be split evenly between the two schools to help meet current needs. The race is on Saturday, April 26th. The Fun Run (1 mile) is at 8 AM; the 5K is at 8:30 AM. All participants receive a T-shirt and a participation ribbon while awards are given out for the 5K! There will be music and raffle prizes too! Come out and join us for a morning full of fun and exercise! Walk or run for our schools!

The race this year will begin and end at Alvey Elementary School. The 5K course is as follows - participants will run from Alvey to Gravely, cross the street (with police present to keep runners safe!), and run back to Alvey. Runners, walkers and people pushing strollers are welcome! However, no dogs or bikes please.

Register by Wednesday, April 9th to be guaranteed a race t-shirt! You want a shirt too - they are super cute! The price of registration online AND on paper registrations increases on Saturday, April 12th! So don't delay ... register today!

Reagan Middle Information Night
Reagan Middle School will be having our annual Rising 6th Grade Parent Information Session on Thursday, May 15 at 6:30 p.m. (This date was originally announced as May 22 at 7 p.m.) Please note the day change and the time has been bumped up to allow for us to do building tours.
Bull Run Middle School will be having our annual Rising 6th Grade Parent Information Session on Tuesday, May 20th at 6:30 p.m.

Parent Portal Information
Parents who already have a Parent Portal account do not need to create a new one.  To log in, use your user name and password from last year.

If you do not remember your Parent Portal password, click on the "Forgot your Password" link at the bottom of the Parent Portal log in screen and fill in the requested information.  The system will email you a temporary password that you can use to access the system.  Once you have logged in, click on "Settings" and change your password to something you will remember.  Passwords must be changed in Parent Portal and NOT SchoolFusion, even though the same login is used for both.  Changing the password in Parent Portal will automatically update it in SchoolFusion.

If you do not remember your Parent Portal user name, please contact Gravely's Main Office 571-248-4540.  We will email the information to the address with which you opened the account, or you can pick up the login information from the school with a photo ID. Please do not attempt to create a new account.

Parents who do not have Parent Portal accounts will be able to register online beginning August 23rd.
  Click on the Parent Portal tab on the left side of this website.  Fill in the requested information and include ALL of your children in any Prince William school.  You will receive an email with your user name and temporary password.  Print this email, sign it, and bring it to the Gravely office with a photo ID to activate your account.  The office staff will be accepting these registration emails during Back to School Nights, and from 9:00-4:00 during the school year.
