Kindergarten Registration
              Gravely Elementary Kindergarten Registration for the 2014-2015 school year will be held on Thursday, April 24th from 5:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.
Students who will be five years of age or older by September 30, 2014 are eligible for enrollment in kindergarten for the 2014-2015 school year. Registration will take place for those students who reside within Gravely Elementary School boundaries.

Yearbooks! Its time to order a Yearbook!

Fun Run is this Saturday!!!
The Alvey/Gravely Family Fun Run and 5K is THIS weekend, Saturday, April 26! The Fun Run (1 mile) begins at 8 AM; the 5K begins at 8:30 AM. The starting point for both races is at Alvey Elementary School. All profit raised from this fun event will be split between the two schools to be used to meet current needs. 
If you still want to register for the race, please do so by Thursday, April 24th. Registration closes after Thursday. To register online, click the following hyperlink. Or fill out a paper form available in both schools' front offices. If you are using paper registrations, please remember to include the $5 per person late fee. The late fee is automatic online. 
IMPORTANT!!!! Bag pick-up is this Friday, April 25th from 3:15 PM - 7 PM at Alvey Elementary. We ask that all participants pick up their bag/bib number on Friday evening as we will have limited abilities to hand them out on Saturday morning. You will also be picking up your race shirts and freebies so you definitely don't want to miss bag pickup!

Reagan Middle Information Night
Reagan Middle School will be having our annual Rising 6th Grade Parent Information Session on Thursday, May 15 at 6:30 p.m. (This date was originally announced as May 22 at 7 p.m.) Please note the day change and the time has been bumped up to allow for us to do building tours.
Bull Run Middle School will be having our annual Rising 6th Grade Parent Information Session on Tuesday, May 20th at 6:30 p.m.

Parent Portal Information
Parents who already have a Parent Portal account do not need to create a new one.  To log in, use your user name and password from last year.

If you do not remember your Parent Portal password, click on the "Forgot your Password" link at the bottom of the Parent Portal log in screen and fill in the requested information.  The system will email you a temporary password that you can use to access the system.  Once you have logged in, click on "Settings" and change your password to something you will remember.  Passwords must be changed in Parent Portal and NOT SchoolFusion, even though the same login is used for both.  Changing the password in Parent Portal will automatically update it in SchoolFusion.

If you do not remember your Parent Portal user name, please contact Gravely's Main Office 571-248-4540.  We will email the information to the address with which you opened the account, or you can pick up the login information from the school with a photo ID. Please do not attempt to create a new account.

Parents who do not have Parent Portal accounts will be able to register online beginning August 23rd.
  Click on the Parent Portal tab on the left side of this website.  Fill in the requested information and include ALL of your children in any Prince William school.  You will receive an email with your user name and temporary password.  Print this email, sign it, and bring it to the Gravely office with a photo ID to activate your account.  The office staff will be accepting these registration emails during Back to School Nights, and from 9:00-4:00 during the school year.
